Dear Dr. Sprinkle:

Thank you for the courtesy of your answer...to MY most unbelievable letter.

The facts are these...I'm the only human in the world...that can communicate with UFO intelligences and prove it, year in and year out...consistently. Documented. I actually amount to what could be called a "national treasure". I know that sounds bad, but it is true, nonetheless.

Am currently giving a demonstration...it began several months ago and is a world-wide weather demonstration. It will be documented by most respected and responsible people. And the results already have been scary enough to make your hair stand on end.

Trouble is...you are there and I am here. You can't see my records or documentation, or check with my contacts. Awkward. I have, for the past several years, approached this whole matter in a strictly scientific vein. No "mystical" approach to it. My proof is proof, and can be checked out.

Have you heard of Otto Binder, the author? He is doing a two-part story on my work in Saga Magazine...will come out in July and August. Then you can really find out all about it. He puts it much better than I can...he's checked me out thoroughly (his credentials for this sort of thing are awesome) and am sure when you read his articles, you will gain a better understanding. Perhaps then...you might be more activated, or motivated, to do something about the situation.

If you will just lightly consider...I have more power at my command, through my contact with UFO intelligences...than all the power of all the world's armed forces. Easily. Sounds like a mental case? True. Unfortunately for scientists, it is all documented. The power has been seen already, and confirmed by reputable people. Lawyers, etc. Precognition is out...otherwise how could I tell where and when a UFO would appear...as I have done on numerous occasions? More important...what the UFO would do, its actions. I don't care whether you accept or reject my claims.* I just hope that you are a good scientist...good enough to dig into the matter, someday

Dear Mr. Owens:

Thank you very much for your letter of April 8th and your comments regarding your present activities. I am interested in your work and I would be pleased if, someday, I have the opportunity of investigating your abilities and powers.

Yes, I have heard of Otto Binder, and I am very much interested in his writings. I have some of his books regarding UFO phenomena. I will look forward to reading his article in SAGA concerning his work with you.

I have now received and read your book, "How to Contact Space People." I have ordered a copy of your other book, and I look forward to reading it when I have received it. I find your experiences to be most interesting and I can see that you wish to provide other people with information, not only to back up your claims, but also to encourage the interested person to try similar methods. At this point, I can neither accept nor reject the proof of your claims, but I can say that I am interested in learning more about the methods by which you communicate with the space people. I certainly am prepared to believe the possibility that the proof is sufficiently an indication of your ability to communicate and to cooperate with space people. Perhaps, there may come a time when financial support will be provided for those persons who wish to investigate the possible relationships of ESP, hypnosis, and UFO phenomena. I certainly am interested in these investigations and will be pleased to continue correspondence with you.

Dear Leo:

Let's dispense with formalities. I'm Ted.

I like your style. Thanks for your letter of the 20th... I think there is some hope for you, as a scientist, Leo. Most of the scientists I have known, Leo...are prisoners of politics, of government agencies, of monies available to them...and so on...which has placed them in such a situation or situations that truth is almost a stranger to them. This is unfortunate, but it is true. One of the best known scientists in the world...whom I know personally...has been a victim of that situation. And of course...truth as such is all there is, to a true scientist. He or she can't afford to be a prisoner of anything...which might be a wall between he or she and the truth. Is it not so?

I was deliberately sassy in my last letter, Leo, to find out what sort of metal you're made of. Long years ago I studied kodokwan judo from Johnny Osako in Chicago...he's one of the world's greats...and in my first teaching session he threw me around unmercifully and deliberately sprained my larynx. I couldn't talk for a week. But I was back the next day for my regular lesson, after being so injured. That's what he wanted to find out. He told me quite frankly that he did that with everyone...hurt them painfully during the first teaching sessions...to see if they would come back. When they did...then there was some hope that they might learn proper judo methods (which is a religion with the Japanese, not just a sport).

Of course...the book in your possession now...is just a tiny portion of the miracles that have occurred. 200 have occurred by now. Most of them documented; checkable. And they've all been done while I've been broke, fighting just to make a living for my family. Without a "base" to work from. Sometimes I wonder just how much more I could have done...if I'd had a base (home and financial support from some source) from which to maneuver this UFO-power lever!

Let's be friends. I'm happy to know you. We certainly have a rapport. I've been waiting...for several years...for some honest-to-god scientist to realize what it is that I have, and set the entire thing up for a study. When SAGA comes out in July and August, read the articles...then if you're interested perhaps you can find a rich rancher or donor (such as supported Dr. Rhine's parapsych lab at Duke for so long) who will bring me out there to live with my wife and child. Who'll perhaps fund me in the starting of my own church, so that I can use these tremendous powers to help people (who will come from all over the world)...and you and your fellow scientists will then be welcome to put me through every test imaginable; and I'll bring UFO's over...and perform miracles for you and your group regularly...just as I have been doing the past 7 years, approximating 30 miracles a year.

Dear Leo:

I wrote you yesterday...but now can write you in a different vein.

We leased our house here for a limited time...and in a few weeks we must move. I have no deeply-rooted job here at all. Just a temporary thing I picked up.

Here is what I suggest.

I would like to come to Laramie; rent a small, inexpensive apartment or house; get a job there...and live there with my wife and 7-year-old child.

Then you could test me to your heart's content...my regular ESP abilities (PK demonstrations, etc.)...my ability with hypnosis and autohypnosis...but most of all, my ability to communicate with the UFO intelligences and PRODUCE PHENOMENA FOR YOU.

I could show you how to control weather and end droughts, wherever you might designate; how to control and guide hurricanes...and on and on through dozens of major phenomena. Which I have already done and documented, I might add.

But you would have it all right there...where you could observe, test, and so forth.

Of course, this would be priceless for you.

What I would need, within the next week, would be $500 from you...to buy an old used car, and make the move. That would be enough to also find a place there and get started.

I know professors do not have that much money on hand...but professors sometimes know people who do have it, who will provide it, if the situation warrants it.

But time is of the essence, since I have to decide what I am going to do next. If you would like this to happen, send the money as soon as possible...and we will be in Laramie shortly.
