Dear Dr. Sprinkle;

I sincerely hope...that you do not throw this away before doing a bit of checking on it.

For several years...I have been communicating with UFO intelligences, and can prove it absolutely. It is documented.

Call Mr. Ed Ames, realtor in Brewer, Maine, and ask him if, when he invited me up there for two weeks (along with two other businessmen of that area, as my hosts) I didn't inform him that I would call down a UFO over the Brewer-Bangor area during that period of time, to be seen and reported in the newspapers...and one week later a flying saucer did in fact appear and scared a man and his wife...and was reported on the front page of the local newspaper there.

Call Mr. Murray Zatman, a lawyer, 2441 Grahn Drive, Santa Rosa, California...for whom I worked for several years...and ask him if I didn't tell him that by communicating with my UFO contacts I would cause a massive east coast power blackout by June 21, 1967...and the 5-state blackout did in fact then appear on June 5, 1967. For him I also demonstrated the UFO intelligences' powers by producing a hurricane within a week, and guiding it, and other things as well.

Mr. Lawrence Maddry, reporter for the Virginian-Pilot newspaper here in Virginia Beach just did an article on my work with UFO's (I've been desperately trying to get through the wall of governmental silence to the public, or somebody) -- and he confirmed that:
(1) I actually stated on a TV program in Miami last summer that President Nixon was in danger of being kidnapped at his Key Biscayne home by Cubans (information given me by UFO intelligences)...and several weeks after that Cuban frogmen were in fact discovered placing Nixon's home under surveillance and a Cuban ambassador was thrown out of the United Nations for the plot.
(2) I informed three responsible persons here in Norfolk that the UFO's would strike the last Apollo shot with lightning, in an effort to make the astronauts abort the trip...and lightning did in fact then strike the vehicle.
(3) I gave a demonstration of how the UFO intelligences could control groups of men...by causing one certain football star to be thrown out of a pro football game in progress, while in the company of two top sports writers who asked to see it happen.
As I say...Maddry called these people and checked it out for validity

Mr. Jim Moseley, Box 163, Fort Lee, New Jersey, and Mr. Tim Beckley, 3 Courtland Street, New Brunswick, New Jersey...both of them UFO investigators and authors, will tell you that I have given documented demonstrations for them...requesting the UFO intelligences I am in contact with to produce certain results, miraculous results...which then came about.

This all began (I have 200 confirmed, documented cases at this date...where I have informed responsible persons such as lawyers, govt. agencies, scientists, etc. in advance, in writing...that I would cause certain things to happen...such as end the 6-year drought that existed on the east coast several years ago, and end the killer-drought that was supposed to kill 4 million people in India several years ago... (which ended after I began documentation, and contacted the UFO intelligences am in contact with)...and many other things of like scope)

...it all began when my daughter, Lornie, and I were driving at dusk outside Dallas, Texas, and a cigar-shaped UFO came towards our car across a field...streaming brilliant colors behind it, silent as a shadow. It came toward our car, got close, then just vanished...as a light would turn off. We thought it took about 2 minutes. But when I checked my watch... we had lost an hour. An hour that can't be accounted for. It was a lonely road...and to my knowledge no other cars passed. Anyway...after that...all this phenomena began to happen.

I've written two books about it: "How To Contact UFO's" Box 2228, Clarksburg, West Virginia, and "I Work For UFO Intelligences" at PK Enter. Inc., 600 Biscayne Boulevard, 9th Floor, Miami, Florida. These books would give you pretty much the entire story of it. All true, and can be checked out.

Point is...I have been, and am now, working with greater power the world has ever witnessed...through my contact with these creatures...yet can do nothing about it. That is, I go on working at my mundane job in an office...keep on giving demonstrations of miraculous things...but the government pays no attention seemingly...

I would be quite willing to come to where you are and place all this at your disposal, testing, etc.

I myself am "loaded" with ESP ability. Attended Duke University years ago and demonstrated same then quite successfully. But ESP does not explain these 200 miracles; else how could I tell in advance, in writing, when and where UFO's would appear, which I have done? Such as the event in Brewer. That would not fall into an ESP category, right? My files are complete, and would shock you, if you could see them...the documentation.

In closing...might mention that I am an "M", or Mensa member. IQ of 148-152 (written and verbal). In the M directory, Philadelphia.

It is my desperate hope...that something will come of this letter.

Dear Mr. Owens:

Thank you very much for your letter of March 11th. I certainly have no wish to throw away the letter and am glad to respond to your comments.

Of course, I have no way at this time of knowing how to regard your claims, since I am not aware of the background you described and your part in the events which have occurred. But, I am interested in the possibilities.

Enclosed you will find references which indicate my interest in ESP, hypnosis, and UFO research. I certainly am interested in corresponding with persons who experience UFO sightings and, particularly, persons who experience apparent communication with UFO occupants.

Under separate cover, I am sending you copies of two short manuscripts which indicate my interest in the use of hypnosis in UFO research and which describe a study I have conducted with the cooperation of 63 persons who claim to receive "psychic impressions" of UFO phenomena. I hope the manuscripts are of interest to you and indicate that I am serious in my wish to cooperate with persons who experience these events and try to learn more about the meaning of the earth's surveillance by UFO occupants.

I believe that some of the events which you describe might be an indication of precognition, that is, an awareness of future events before the actual occurrence. However, other experiences which you describe would certainly seem to be "something more" than precognition or psychic phenomena. I am interested in the two books which you have written and I plan to get copies of them.

Thus, without trying to reject or to accept your claims at this time, may I indicate to you that I am interested in the information which you present and I hope that you are able to continue your work and that someday the scientific community, as well ad the public, may show a greater interest in the possible relationship of ESP abilities and UFO phenomena.
