Dear Dr. Sprinkle:
Thank you for your communication. If you watched the All Star game on TV...then you saw the close-up of the face of the Chief quarterback, Dawson, as he came off the field in the second half...baffled, puzzled, and disgusted. And well he should be. As leader of the greatest pro football team in the world...he'd been unable to score more than a single touchdown against a bunch of kids who had never played against pros in their lives. Moreover, he'd tried every pro trick in the book...including a fake kick...to score in the second half...and was unable to do so. This is PK working; pure and simple, and powerful. The fact that the Stars threw the ball to the Chiefs a couple of times for a couple of easy scores meant nothing except that the Stars were throwing away their PK advantage. Yes, the fumble by the Chiefs' runback expert, was dramatic...almost unbelievable the way it happened. The ball ran back to the eight yard line, I believe...where the Stars took it...and did their thing: threw away another chance they had to score by not scoring. I might add; when the game first came on the announcer on TV apologized for an upset in the TV communications, but said they'd finally gotten it corrected.
Do not...judge my PK effectivity...on the basis of a single game which you do not understand fully. That was the fatal mistake made by the owners of the Eagles. I wrote Jerry Wolman that I could make his Eagles champs. His brother, Manny Wolman, who lives in Washington, D.C., came to Philadelphia to meet with me...and gave me a single game to prove my work. I went to the game, involving the Steelers...and blocked the Steelers most effectively -- but the Eagles threw away every PK chance like the Stars did; i.e., the Steelers would fumble inside their own 20...and the Eagles would fail to score. Time and again. And the Eagles lost. And Wolman laughed at me and dismissed me...so then I went to work in earnest to show Wolman, and the Eagles, just what I could do for them, over a period of time.
When you received all my recent letters re lightning attacks, rainstorms, drought, Hurricane Becky's rainfall, and the EM UFO over Norfolk...your secretary should have collated it all in a package...gluing the newsclips in date order...so that you could easily see the absolutely miraculous series of events following my letter to you of June 16th!
You ask why the Si's do not "do it themselves". I suppose I understand your question. If you've read my book, then you know that the Si's have told me that they worked with Moses, who, like Ezekiel, did approximately the same things I am doing. I.e., the "Lord" would tell them to tell the people, or the Pharaoh, something...he would...then the "Lord" would make it happen. All right. Why did not the "Lord" do it himself then? Instead of using Moses...or using Ezekiel...as the "Lord" spokesman? You ask a penetrating question...and that is the

only answer that comes to my mind, offhand. If the Lord had the tremendous powers that were displayed when he took apart the Pharaoh and the Egyptians...the same powers the Si's seem to have...why, if that were the case, didn't he need Moses to go all through that rigamarole of speaking to the Pharaoh? Right? Why didn't the Lord just change the Pharaoh's mind...i.e., do it the Lord's way with the Lord's power. Why the middleman? Same with Ezekiel.
I'll give you some food for thought...only by the Pharaoh refusing Moses...and rejecting the powers of the "Lord"... was the Lord given opportunity to display the various powers...plagues, rodent and insect infestations, and so on. If the Pharaoh had simply given in on Moses' first request then the people of that time, and the world later on, through the biblical record...would not know anything about the mysterious powers over and beyond the natural laws of humans.
In the Si's book of rules...humans must choose to be helped by them...before they are allowed to help humans. It must be human choiceXXXXXXXXXX
Incidentally...I have a complete file put together on my recent "multiple miracle"...can send it to you if you'll return it safely. But you have the same material there. Mine is just collated. This multiple miracle is perhaps the best thing I've ever done...there is no chance of "coincidence" involved...or precognition, for that matter...involving as it does a staggering variety of actions...rainstorm within a week, lightning attacks on specific areas, electromagnetic effect over Norfolk, hurricane brought into being and its rains used on Norfolk... all within the space of five weeks. Called in writing in advance. Really, no one could argue with that at all.
So the football thing bothers you, eh? Heh heh. No doubt. You are like the human playing an ordinary game of chess... the Si's playing with you are, say, 25 to 50 moves ahead of you. The football thing seems trifling...and yet I think I can say, without giving the Si plan away...it's a major ploy with the Si's to obtain a major goal. Really big.
Let me show you how they work: I've dealt with CIA and NASA for years...but nothing resulted. Both those agencies are, let's face it, corruptible. They almost have to be... politics to get things they want, like money for many activities and goals...power, etc. The one agency which is not corruptible is the FBI. Now, the Si's told me to write to the head of Pan Am and say they would bedevil the Pan Am 747's (this before they even flew regularly.) What happened? The Pan Am opener was a joke: lots of drum rolling in New York and the first plane...couldn't even get off the ground. So they used a substitute. It got to Europe, then all sorts of things went wrong. Shortly planes (747's still) that took off from France or Puerto Rico, had to turn back because of serious malfunctions. A 747 crashed on the runway on the west coast. So two FBI men came to see me about the matter. I explained, and they shook hands and left. THEN the Si's explained to ME that they had brought this about on purpose so that the FBI would get into the "Si action"...thus true

and accurate reports...not biased by power politics or greedy money wants or anything else, as per CIA and NASA, ...would get to the top level of US government. From the FBI. This the SI's wanted. But they didn't tell me the details...until the entire thing had been accomplished, complete with the 747 incidents. They are incredibly clever.
To get back to your question...which bothers you, as you say...the SI's ARE doing this in their own way... look at it this way...suppose you wanted to improve the dolphin strain. You isolated a huge herd of dolphins. Through a strange stroke of IMHO luck, you got hold of one dolphin which could actually understand you, and communicate back in turn. Now, how much easier to improve ALL the dolphins if you could pass information on to this one dolphin which, in turn, passed it on in dolphin language to all the other dolphins...which cannot communicate with you, nor you with them?
I welcome all questions which come from you, for I know they are intelligent questions...no matter how skeptical you might be...for that is, after all, a scientific approach. Observation and experimentation, skeptically, yet with an open mind.
After all...I've walked the lonely road long years, demonstrating all this...with nothing but skeptics around me. But since my paranormal work is valid, solid, concrete.... it makes no difference whatever. It is simply a matter of time...until this fact is realized by humans on a high level of authority...and the paranormal work then put to useful, practical purposes...instead of demonstrations to get attention and prove points.
Patience, Leo (call me Ted)....you'll never in your life encounter anything bigger, or more important...to you or the human race...than what I'm trying to show you now and in the future. You won't believe that, but I know it to be quite true.
