ders descended on the Laguna

TO MY SIX SCIENTISTS....

These clips, are further evidences of
the psi-force technique I am using to
cause insects, rodents, animals and
fish (and people) to do strange things...
like the millions of swarming mice in
Australia; like the giant turtles attacking
people in Florida, for the first time in
history; like the "plague" of grasshoppers
that just struck Texas...and so forth.
(Also Nature itself has turned its creatures
against humans, because of what the
humans have done to Nature.)

-- Now, I thought you would like to know...an offer has been made to me, to go to Russia.
And not through usual State Department channels, either. The offer designated my being
"smuggled" to Russia through an "underground" system.

-- The SI's have informed me...that I have done well...in using their various psi-force
or "PK" mechanisms...to produce many different kinds of miracles (rather a miracle in
itself...working with hurricanes; lightning; space shots; people; animals; insects;
rain and floods; drought...and so on and on.
Now they tell me...they are "upping my power". Moving me to a higher point on the
psi-force spectrum. Soon I am to begin working in a medium which only top
astronomers such as Dr. Hynek would understand...changing and affecting the paths of
working in outer space...with the Sun, the Moon, and other planets.

You know, I used to be in show business, long years ago...and I used to stop the show
by flicking open a foot-long Italian stiletto and throwing it fifteen feet through the
air and sticking it point first into my wife's head. As a joke, the MC used to say: "Now what will he
do for an encore?" Well, I had been wondering what I would "do for an encore" after
controlling the last Apollo mission (called in advance to Dr. Hynek; then controlling
a huge radar station (FAA) with my mind...confirmed in writing by a government expert
who was there; and now sleeping Cleveland silly with my psi-force techniques, first
steps in specific detail what I was going to do, then doing it....

so this is the "encore"...now...moving from earth to effect outer space with my mind,
directed by the UFO intelligences with which I work. I'll try and keep you all informed.
If you went to be sure to be informed...you'd better send me some money, to ante up in
this private game. I need some help, as I've said many times...and only two people have
helped, Evelyn and George. That's it. Out of 35 people. I am doing, and am keeping
you informed of...or you do not.

-- Now, 6 scientists...the two miracles I wanted to do for you several weeks ago, and which
fell through because I couldn't get through to you on the phone...one was: I was going to
give you the choice of which you wanted to win, Bobby Fisher, or Spassky. At that time
Spassky was winning, and easily. I was going to ask Dr. Hynek, or Dr. Fogel...you wanted
to win, Fisher to win? But I couldn't get through on the phone. (When I am "hot" on a miracle,
the mail is for too slow...which is why it isn't stupid for SOME BODY to set up a "hot-line"
for me)...so anyway I decided to give the Russians a look at real psi-force...And I "hit"
Spassky with certain PK mechanisms...to confuse his mind. And it has worked beautifully.
Of course, this has no value whatsoever...because I couldn't get through to Hynek and Fogel
to tell them what I was doing...but I ATTACKED SPASSKY'S MIND! All right...now the reason I
am bringing this up is...IF THE RUSS ARE SO FAR AHEAD OF US IN PSI-FORCE TECHNIQUES...WHY
COULDN'T THEIR EXPERTS HAVE PUZZLED UP FISHER'S MIND...AS I HAVE DONE TO SPASSKY'S MIND?
(I refer to the book, "Psychic Discoveries Behind The Iron Curtain".) Hell, if they
can't knock out Fisher's mind, just one single chess player...as I have done Spassky's...
I can assure you THAT THEY ARE NOT SO FAR ADVANCED AT ALL. And coming from me, you'd better
believe it.
