Dear Otto:

Your confirmation arrived...and I thank you deeply, in appreciation.

I had thought, since it wasn't in writing, but verbal over the phone...it had skipped your mind. But I remembered you said that you remembered...so evidently not. At any rate, I really appreciate your statement of fact.

Now, I note on it, that you state it was my suggestion...that I can "control the sun" with my mind. This is absolutely true, although it sounds ridiculous on the face of it. But I base this on fact. Let me show you.

Get out the Apollo file I sent you, the last flight where I called Dr. Hummel the day before the flight...told him I was hitting the flight with "FK". Now, flip through the file to the page where there is a small newsclip at the top dated April 29, 1972. On this page I wrote: "Note the sentence: "the astronauts were exposed to radiation from the FIRST SOLAR FLARE ever to occur during a manned moon mission."
(1) I hit this craft with FK...and it in turn was hit with a "solar flare."

Now, look at the enclosed xerox file...showing the recent attack of SOLAR FLARES upon this earth.
But previous to the attack...I had HIT THIS EARTH (Cleveland, Ohio) with FK.
(2) I hit this earth with FK...and it in turn was hit with "solar flares."

If this isn't just more than simple coincidence, I'll eat my chapeau.

Now...as to my controlling the sun. Assuming my judgement of above facts is correct...i.e., I hit something with FK (a new method, actually...one of my now over 150 methods) and the sun in turn hits my same target with solar flares. Thus, I am controlling it, albeit obliquely. You see? Cause and effect, Otto.

And one of these days am going to utilize the moon's rays (full moon) in a like experiment. Just haven't settled on a target yet.
