About ten days ago...when it was hot, and hadn't rained for two months...and the crops hereabouts were in danger of being lost...I wrote you and informed you I would save the crops by bringing rain...not just rain...but I would "inundate and soak the area", drown it out, so to speak...and my proof of this, that the storms would be my own "Ted Owens Specials" would be powerful lightning attacks.
Last night you had your second "Ted Owens Special" storm. About 3 inches of rain flooded down. Does it follow the pattern I specified in my "prediction" letter to you of ten days ago? It certainly does. I'll now quote from the newspaper, Virginian-Pilot:
"A storm punctuated by severe lightning dumped more than 2 1/2 inches of rain on Tidewater Thursday....Thunderstorms covered 75 percent of the state Thursday....this was unusual, even if not phenomenal....The intensity of the rainfall flooded streets and low-lying sections, creating instant lakes and headaches throughout the four South Hampton Roads cities....Lightning set off a multitude of small fires in Norfolk, Portsmouth, Chesapeake, and Virginia Beach....A freak bolt of lightning caused damage in three widely separate spots at the home of Hubert Bass on Pelley Drive in Norfolk. Bass said the bolt knocked a hoke through a garage wall at one end of the five-bedroom brick house, damaged another wall at the opposite end, and shattered a low brick wall he had been building around a tree about 6 feet away from the house...In Virginia Beach fire officials reported that lightning hit the Lakeville Estates apartments at Indian River Road near Military Highway and struck several residences....Power failures were widespread, mostly the result of lightning striking transformers....Norfolk police reported heavy flooding at all underpasses. The water was 4 1/2 feet deep in places, they said....the deluge left eight automobiles stranded in the underpass on Tidwater Drive at Virginia Beach Boulevard and water was over the top of car wheels on Tidewater Drive around the 2nd Precinct, police said."
All right. So far, so good. Within ten days time I've made two knock-down drag-out storms..."signatured" by my trademark, lightning attacks. And I think surely that the crops must be safe by now...my primary goal. Secondary goal, to give a real demonstration to this area, Mattry et al of the SI's power, when called in by me to do a job.
You've got one of the biggest news stories of all time...and you're sitting on it. That in itself...is significant.

P.S. You can expect a lot more "Ted Owens Specials" from now on, this summer. The point is to bring the truth of this out to the public... when that is done, there'll be no more point to any more specials.
