I am a member of Mensa. Dr. Hynek, Dr. Sprinkle, and Dr. Max Fagel...all know me. These are well-known scientists. Also, am generally recognized as one of the world's greatest psychics, by experts. (See Ted Steiger's book, "What The Seers Predict For 1972.")
Last Saturday, at 4 PM, the UFO intelligences with which I carry on a two-way communication...contacted me, and gave to me the complete answer to the world's nuclear question. They told me exactly how...to place into action a plan...which will make it impossible...for Russia (or any other country) to attack America with nuclear weapons. Further, the plan would make America and Russia close friends...having no fear of each other forevermore.
In short...the people of the world could breath easy for a change...knowing that nuclear war...could not happen.
I had hoped in the past that the UFO intelligences would eventually give me an answer to the question of what causes cancer, and how to prevent it. But...this ingenious plan which they have just given me...is even better...since it can save hundreds of millions of lives. And...it is foolproof.
They told me...to discuss the plan...only with you yourself. Absolutely no intermediaries. I am to do the same with the Russian heads of government.
I will wait to hear from you on this ten days, then am instructed by the UFO creatures to contact the Russians and offer them the plan. This, incidentally, should the Russians follow through...will not pay any setback to America. There is nothing in the plan...to give America or Russia an edge over the other. But if either country (or both) accepts the plan...then there can never be a nuclear war. And America can never be conquered or enslaved. And Russia will no longer consider us a threat to them; nor will we consider Russia a threat to us.
If this plan by the UFO creatures is ignored...as has been all else I've put forth, by this government...then the War to end all Wars will lie just before us in time, time ahead, and hundreds of millions will die a horrible death.
