⑩ Past all month I have seen the antennae's play on my TV screen (see green enclosure) that night after the tornadoes; they really did play on the TV screen.

⑪ Oh! also I discovered quite by accident that there is a circular rainbow beam that is focused on my head. Did you put me in the rainbow box? I hope you did. If you did I appreciate it. There are other small incidents too numerous to write out that have happened. So much has happened this past month believe me. I've only had time to read 2 mystery books. A lot of time I have put into meditation (thought).

Have recently sent some correspondence to you; and you know my friend, Mr. George Teixeira.

Will be in California in a few weeks...and will train some people; very specialized training. The enclosed forms explain it. It is possible that some of your personnel might want the training.

If so...have them send their $250 each (to cover the training, each) to Ted Owens, PK Man, c/o Lori Rodriguez (my daughter) at 2261 Miner St., #B, Costa Mesa, California, 92626...by no later than April 19.

I will then drive up...and train any of your personnel who have signed up. The solid commitment in advance is necessary, for obvious reasons.

IF AS YOU SAY THE SI'S WERE MONITORING AND CHANGING MY THINK CAP IT'S OKAY WITH ME AS LONG AS IT COMPLIES WITH GOD'S PLAN FOR US ALL. THE PAIN WAS SO SEVERE I TERMINATED IT WITH SHEAR WILL, BUT IF FURTHER ALTERATIONS ARE NECESSARY I WILL TRY TO ENDURE & RELY ON GOD'S PROTECTIVE POWERS.

AM A BIT HESITANT ABOUT SENDING MONEY FOR YOUR "WORK" I KNOW NOTHING ABOUT YOU EXCEPT FROM SAGA AND OUR LIMITED CORRESPONDENCE. WHAT IS THE "CHURCH OF SOTIA" ?? HOW DOES IT RELATE TO GOD, CHRIST AND THE BIBLE ??

CUSTODY HASSLE OVER MY THREE BOYS, (FALL 1971), I LOST THE CUSTODY TRY AT THE TIME OF DIVORCE HEARING IN FEB 1972, HOWEVER THIS SHOULD BE OF INTEREST EARLY SUMMER 1972 MY EX-WIFES LIFE STYLE CHANGED SO DRASTICLY THAT ON DEC 23 RD AT A RE-HEARING I WAS AWARDED TEMP. CUSTODY UNTIL THE FINAL HEARING IN JUNE 1973.

ITS NOT TOO COMON FOR A MAN TO WIN CUSTODY. THE BOYS AND I ARE DOING FINE, BUT WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE "ANOTHER MOM."

WOULD CONSIDER IT A PRIVILEDGE TO BE WITH ALL OF YOU IN CHICO AT ED BAILEYS IN THE MONTH OF MAY, BUT I WOULD BE HARD PRESSED TO PAY MY WAY THERE NOT CONSIDERING THE CONTRIBUTION YOU MENTION FOR THE TRAINING.

THE PAYMENTS TO MY LAWYER ARE SUBSTANTIAL & PRECLUDE OTHER CONSIDERATIONS FOR THE TIME BEING.
