Attached..........is a letter to me from John Keel. In it..........he states his opinion of me, and my work.

I just might frame this letter.

Some of you may not know who John Keel is. He is without question the TOP authority in the world..........on UFO's. As well as a top writer and author. You will find many of his books in the library.

Whether your know it or not, or are aware of it..........this letter from him to me..........is probably the greatest compliment I've had in my life, from a famous expert and authority..........along with Otto Binder, who is also a great writer, author and expert in the field of UFO's and ESP.

Dear Ted;

I do greatly appreciate receiving your many reports and I read them all even though I am remiss in acknowledging them. Your powers of precognition are well established and impressively documented. The radar episode a few months ago should have given you honest claim to the National Enquirer's prize money. Certainly I can't think of anyone else who could have produced that effect. However, it is highly probable that the NE made the offer as a publicity stunt, never expecting anyone anywhere would be able to produce any kind of evidence. Even if you could produce an "UFO apparition" directly over the NE offices I imagine they would find a way to weasle out.

Hard times have hit us all and the economic situation for writers has never been so bleak. I regret that I am unable to offer you any assistance. I know you are spending much money for postage, photostats, etc. and that things are far from easy for you. But it seems to me that Otto Binder or someone should be able to arrange publication of a book based upon your experiences and bring you a few dollars. Perhaps you will eventually be the subject for a TV special or something. Do not, however, expect umpteen thousand dollars from any such venture. You can probably get only two or three thousand dollars at most. If you could hire a high-priced lawyer you might have a chance at forcing NE's hand and collect that prize. But even that would be a hazardous enterprise.

Dr. Hynek does seem a bit facetious at times.

It has always seemed futile and fruitless for you to devote so much of your energy to football teams and international catastrophes. Perhaps you should try your hand at forecasting the stock market or handicapping horses. If you could produce the same kind of results that you have produced in other areas a lot of wealthy people would beat a path to your door. Remember...our world is run by greed. Many phoney astrologers and ersatz seers have made fortunes exploiting it. Study the stock market pages a few weeks and write down your impressions. If you can come up with something concrete you can easily be written up in the Wall Street Journal and some greedy slob may put you on a handsome retainer. Then the pressure would be off you and you could really devote yourself to the things that are important to you.

Dear John:

Thank you...very much...for your letter of December 18.

I do not care...whether you back me financially or not. All I was concerned about...was whether you attached any importance or significance to my work, and read my documentation. Now that I know you do read it...I shall continue sending it.

Mine is perhaps the greatest story in the entire history of the world. The UFO entities have given me an advanced brain...the brain of Future Man, if you will. Now they want to see what I will do with it. Whether I can survive with this special brain, surrounded by a "sea" of regular human brains that might tend to eject me...as a human body rejects a human transplant. And whether I will misuse my powers...etc etc. So far, I have not...so they allow my mental power to keep increasing as I can withstand it, exponentially. (Change that "withstand" to "adjust to".)

As to National Enquirer...I think it is all a ploy on the government's part... to lure out photographs and UFO proof that people have been smart enough to keep away from government agencies. A trick, if you will. NE has blacklisted me for some 4-5 years, probably because of my work against the Eagles in Philly. It was published close by Philly, you know, in New Jersey, and probably had some Philly money behind it. That's just a guess, but what is fact is that several top writers have submitted stories on me to NE, and they've been turned down. They keep on plugging Jean Dixon.

As for Otto, wonderful Otto and Ione...they too are struggling...as are most writers now. In no shape to back me. You are right, in that a book on my life would be a wing-ding dandy. But Otto can't find a publisher who's interested. Trouble is, there's no precedent for me...unless one goes back to the time of Moses...so the publishers cannot understand what it is all about. As for the NE prize, I've already told them what they can do with their prize. Hynek sounds real nice over the phone...and he is the only scientist, with Leo Sprinkle, who checked me out...admitted it...and accepted me to study and observe. Well, I'll take that back...Max Fogel and Roland Swenk did, too.

Nothing I have done, my friend...has been "futile and fruitless". It just seemed like it, as the years went by. But as time has passed...I have demonstrated a regular rainbow of miracles...psychic miracles...the entire spectrum...whether controlling weather, healing, telepathic and clairvoyant, controlling large groups of people and large military forces with PK, controlling space shots with PK, precognitive work...and so on. This has taken years to "paint an entire picture." Oddly enough, it could not have been done any other way. But during those years as I was guiding hurricanes, controlling radar installation, etc., I did wonder at the 'seemingly' haphazard pattern of what was happening. Now, of course, the picture SEEMS complete, ready to hang on the wall.

Yes, the world is mainly run by greed, as you state. Unfortunately for me and mine, I am not. Money to me is simply an ends to buy xeroxing and buy enough rent, food and time to produce more miracles...and follow Si instructions. Maybe the Si's want me to "run hungry". Maybe I work better that way. As you know, key figures back in biblical times like me (Moses, Ezekial, etc.) usually were poor and struggling to put bread on the table. Frankly, John, I don't give a damn about horse races, stock market, or anything like that. Maybe the Si's want to see where my help comes from, if and when it comes. I think so.
