They shipped some planes and carriers out of this area for at least 30 days. He said, well, I don't know how you could do that. And then not long thereafter, this huge aircraft carrier caught fire. And it was going to Vietnam, but after it caught fire, it was so badly burned it couldn't go anywhere. It had to go. So at any rate, it's a cause and effect. It's cause and effect. It isn't pre-cognition. I guess I'll sign off here.
And it will be only five days to a week from now. That's the radar file that's in there, too. I showed you some very fine files, which I know you'll want to see. Because once you see the files and how I document them, writing to the scientists in advance, and that these are varied effects which could not be possibly just simple precognition. You will know for sure what I'm talking about. Okay. I'll get this tape off to you in the morning. And that will be October 2nd. I hope it gets to you in time.
With reference to the writing of the book, coming up in the Parascience Conference in 1976. I would like to purchase several copies, perhaps as many as five or ten. I don't know how much they would cost. Of course, it might be prohibitive to get a large number out of them if it costs too much, but if they do not cost too much, then I can get quite a few. I would like to get quite a few, as a matter of fact, purchase quite a few. And I do have a written transcript of my 90 minutes. I need that. I guess that would be it there, I presume. And I appreciate you sending me the 90-minute tape of my lecture. I appreciate that because I have to get that off to the scientists, these five scientists that I work with here.
They all want to listen to it and analyze it. Okay. I guess that covers everything, Peter. I wish you the best of luck in your work. Let's keep in touch. And listen, while you're at it, please give Colin Wilson a message for me. Now, this is important. When I sent all this load of material over there, I didn't know that it would cost so much. It cost me $48 to mail. I enclosed a check for only $5 or $10 inside the phone to mail them back to me. Well, that obviously will not be enough. But I didn't want to rip it open to, uh, put this message in. So please tell Colin Wilson. Of course, I have to have my files back. That's imperative. But tell him to first wrap them up, take the package to the post office, have them tell him how much it will be, then write to me, tell me how much to send him for the postage to have it returned here to me.
