(AP) - Norfolk's resi- dent Evil Eye Fleagle, Ted Owens, has zonked the world champion Baltimore Colts and wants a $100,000 check to remove the hex and keep them on the pro football pedestal. Owens, who claims mind-over-matter psychic powers, wrote the Colts Feb. 2 warning that "I intend to attack the world champions of pro football with my mind."
