Text Any textual data included in the document === **Page: 1 of 1** February 9, 1971....TO ALL CONTACTS Just a note...to point out: Feb. 1...a letter to you...I said that I was putting up a 'grid' over the U.S. that date, which would cause many odd phenomena...power blackouts, etc., and just a couple of days ago...you had NEW YORK smacked in the teeth with a major power blackout: experts have checked for days...still a mystery! Feb. 4, 1971...letter to Otto Binder, copy to you...which stated that a "horrendous" U.S. earthquake would occur...and today, Feb. 9, you just had it. California having been called a "disaster area" by President Nixon because of a major California earthquake! This also...includes the "America will be dealt a terrible blow" prediction I made you several weeks ago (given you by the si's.) I'd thought it might be the destruction of the Cambodian Air Force (30 aircraft; those destroyed, and those replaced, by the U.S. -- a hell of a blow to us, financially.) (I'd thought it was the killer storms that have struck the U.S., killing 30-50 people over the U.S.) -- but no, rather obviously, today, it is the tremendous smashing blow struck in California by the unexpected earthquake there! The si's had warned last Saturday...that something was wrong on the Apollo 14 mission...following which the docking went wrong...then the LEM gave the emergency short signal which came within 30 seconds of ruining the entire Apollo 14 moon program! But it didn't...so today America was dealt the major blow of a major earthquake in California. Although the si's warned last Saturday...that NASA had left something unchecked that would cause trouble (docking and LEM short signal) you will recall that I told you all...THIS MOON SHOT WAS ON THE HOUSE! No lightning strikes...no nothing. Just the blessings of the si's. Well, the papers this morning said "MOON SHOT A SMASHING SUCCESS."
