SCIENTISTS AND CONTACTS

My work with my UFOs (SIs) is going along beautifully. As far as I know I am the only human in the world working with and for UFOs and able to prove it (see past data, documentation, and Dr. Mishlove's book "Earth's Ambassador.")

Things have been heating up considerably... Recall that I told you that three UFOs are with me at all times, wherever I am? Well, listen to this fact.

I have a "pipeline" here in Libby into the Sheriff's Department. A cop, no less. Her name is Scarlett...she carries a badge, wears a uniform, carries a magnum revolver, and drives a patrol car. She recently came to my house and gave me some fascinating "inside" information..."inside" because the police are keeping it from becoming public, or published.

In one recent week (the week she dropped by in September) three separate UFO sightings were made by three different groups of people in Libby at three different times. Now, that's here in town.

Furthermore...the policewoman told me in confidence (not to be mentioned in Libby) that several nights before she was driving her patrol car just outside town, at dark, in a rural area, and she swung off into a side road. Past that point she has no memory!

That is, of what happened afterward that night. Of course, she wasn't drinking and doesn't use drugs...so that can be ruled out.

What is "key" is...prior to that happening she had made friends with me...come to the house and read the Mishlove/Rogo book... and I had used my "charged, coding" other-dimensional system on her which would link her directly to my UFOs. But there is more.

Later, she mysteriously went blind in one eye...and she and her mother had to go to Kalispell, about a hundred miles away, to try and get medical help.

This week the local newspaper reported an "E.T." (extra-terrestrial, alien) had been seen walking along the middle of the highway. ("Police Beat" article from the dispatcher at the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office.

The police tried to cover this up by saying that it was a "possible drunk."

The police successfully covered up the three UFO sightings...I wouldn't have known about it if Officer Everett hadn't informed me.

Several days ago I was chatting to a visitor...when suddenly my UFOs telepathed for me to use telepathic hypnosis (see the man Wolff, Russian, in "Psychic Discoveries Behind The Iron Curtain) on my 4-year-old son, Jerome.

I whispered in my visitor's ear what I was going to do...mentally order my tiny tot to get a deck of cards out of a nearby straw basket, take off the rubber band, then throw the cards one by one into a receptacle several feet away.

So I telepathed to Jerome, silently. Nothing happened, except that he reached over, took out the deck of cards and placed them on a nearby table.

He then went on playing with other toys.

About an hour later he suddenly abandoned his toys...picked up the cards...took off the rubber band... and began to throw them, one at a time, into a brass tray which lay on the floor three or four feet away.

My visitor's name is Ann Schladweiler, and she will confirm the entire happening.

The only other time I have experimented with telepathic hypnosis was on a bank cashier in Cape Charles, Virginia.

I had her miscount money three times in a row.

Of course, just why my UFOs wanted me to know, at this point in time, that I do in fact have such a powerful and unusual ability...I do not know.

My UFOs, last week, taught me how to influence the course of human behavior throughout the world in the human race...i.e., to be able to change history ahead by using psi force connected with UFOs and thence onto the human race.

Yesterday, Oct. 12, 1982, my UFOs told me, for the first time, why they brought me to Libby, Montana, and insisted I live right here and no place else. Consider...they brought me to an isolated area, comparitively (100 miles approx. to Kalispell and 165 miles to Spokane...the nearest "civilization". Population here is only 15,000. There is nothing to do and nothing to see. The only activity open to me is to work on my UFOs projects and watch TV. So I have to watch a lot of TV.

Oddly, the house that I rented has a $5,000 Cablevision hookup...perhaps the only one in Libby, for all I know...which means I can get channels not available at all the general public. Good motels here do not even have this expensive TV hookup. So how come I stumbled onto this?

Well, my UFOs explained that that was exactly what they wanted. They are training me, via the TV route, to concentrate for hours at a time...to deepen my attention span...because when the Base comes available it will be necessary for me to work, mentally, for hours on end, for them on projects encompassing the globe.

My family and I had wondered and wondered why the UFOs had brought us here. Now we know.

You will recall that for years my UFOs had me controlling pro football and basketball games...until they finally explained to me that it was a training exercise for future mental combat.

Finally, this: some weeks ago my UFOs telepathd and amazed me by telling me to go to Spokane and have a "cat scan" done. For two reasons. (1) They reminded me that Dr. Zakow had told me in 1968, whilst investigating my work, that U.S. govt. agents secretly obtain possession of humans' bodies who have died and who had been known to have UFO contact...and done autopsies on those humans' skulls...and had found an unusual number of dentrites on the right frontal lobe area. My UFOs explained that certain U.S. government agencies were eager to get at my brain...the inside of my brain...to see what, if any, changes had been made by my UFOs...changes which could have caused miraculous phenomena that I have accomplished and documented. And, my UFOs pointed out, they might not wait for me to die of natural causes so that they could do that certain autopsy...they just might give me "a push." With a cat scan of my brain...it would not be necessary for me to die for them to get all the information that they would need. (See enclosed description of the cat scan and what it does.) (2) With the information derived from the cat scan...hostile scientists and U.S. govt. agencies would know for a certainty that I have no brain tumors or growths; no brain deterioration...and this knowledge would speed up my getting their Base. Well, I went to Spokane...sold my Uzi machine gun and pawned jewelry...went to Dr. Brondos and got a complete neurological examination; then had a complete cat scan done of my brain. The results are enclosed for you to see. To sum it up: Ted Owens(PK Man) has a 100% healthy brainj has a 100% healthy neurological format; has a superior Mensa IQ; has worked with UFOs to accomplish hundreds of miracles and documented same thoroughly...therefore let hostile U.S. govt. agencies and scientists challenge that framework:

The CT head scan of 9-21-82 revealed no abnormalities. Cervical spine films revealed mild degenerative arthritis at several levels.

Standard sectioning of the brain was accomplished for posterior fossa scan including high resolution thin sections post-contrast scans of the posterior fossa. Examination of the posterior fossa is normal. The 4th ventricle is normally configured and midline. There are no abnormal brain stem or cerebellar densities. Examination of the cerebral hemispheres is normal.

Dear Mr. Owens:
You were evaluated on September 21, 1982 for neck and head pain. This began on August 28th after being struck in the neck and left side of the head. There was no apparent unconsciousness with this. The pain has been intermittent but present on a daily basis. This may come on by itself or is aggravated by neck motion. There is some tenderness over the left side of the neck and a "vice-like" sensation around the head. This may start during the day and will continue throughout the day and night. There are four to five hour periods when the pain is not present. You have been using aspirin or Tylenol for pain relief. Ice bags have also been used. Bending the head or rotation will aggravate the pain. This is localized to the posterior aspect of the skull. There is some tenderness behind the left ear. There has been no apparent change in vision, speech, strength, sensation or coordination. There has been no change in bladder control. You have noted some intermittent rectal bleeding for the past year. A proctoscopy was performed one year ago in Vancouver Washington. Appetite and weight have been stable.
Past medical history indicates a positive serology test in 1943. There was some question regarding this as some switch in test tubes was reported. There has been no known cardiopulmonary, hepatic or renal problems.
PHYSICAL EXAMINATION:
General: Over-weight male of stated age who appears in no acute distress. Neck flexion 45°, extension 20°, bending 30°, rotation 60°. There is some tenderness to palpation over the left side of the neck without muscle spasm. Carotid pulses are equal without bruits. Cardiopulmonary: The lungs are clear to auscultation. The heart has a normal sinus rhythm. Blood pressure is 180/114 in the left, 160/114 in the right.
NEUROLOGICAL EXAMINATION:
Mental Status: The patient is alert and oriented x 3. The affect and speech are normal.
Cranial nerves: Visual acuity is 20/30 bilaterally corrected. Visual fields are intact to confrontation. Funduscopic examination is normal. Pupils are equal and reactive to light, the extraocular muscles are intact and there is no lid weakness. Corneal and facial sensation is intact. There is no facial asymmetry or weakness. Hearing is intact. Uvula and tongue are midline.

Sensation: Superficial, posterior column and higher cortical testing is normal.

Motor: There is normal tone and strength in major muscle groups of the upper and lower extremities.

Coordination: Finger to nose, finger to finger, rapid alternative movements, tandem gait, Romberg and heel-knee-shin are normal.

Reflexes: Deep tendon reflexes in the upper and lower extremities are present and symmetrical. The toes are downgoing.

SUMMARY: This 63-year-old male has had neck and left-sided head pain for the past three weeks. There have been no associated neurological symptoms. The history is suggestive of soft tissue involvement. Cervical spine films and a CT scan will be performed for further evaluation. I recommended a trial of Motrin 400 mg. t.i.d. for symptomatic treatment.

CERVICAL SPINE: Complete views show degenerative narrowing at C-4/5, C-5/6 and C-6/7. There is posterior lipping at the C-5/6 level with bilateral foraminal encroachment present at C-5/6 and C-6/7 with the encroachment being greater on the left. There are no fractures or subluxations and the soft tissues are normal.

IMPRESSION: Cervical spondylosis as described with foraminal encroachment. A faint clump of calcification is present in the left side of the neck in the region of the carotid bifurcation.

These predictions phoned Monday afternoon, October 25, 1982,
to Cliff Liredicker, National Examiner, West Palm Beach, Florida. Owens.

President Reagan will not finish his term. (Mental or physical malfunction.)

But should he somehow finish his term...he will definitely not be re-elected.

There will be no "uptern" for U.S. economty in this next year, as govt. experts predict. The economy will get progressively worse; jobs will become scarcer and scarcer; and unemployment is heading non-stop for 20%.

Failure of businesses and banks will increase dramatically this coming year.

Although the general public does not suspect it, the Stock Market is sick with a "terminal illness" and this coming year could be when it collapses entirely...therefore the man on the street should get rid of his stocks and bonds.

Any U.S. citizen chould try to avoid flying in any military or commercial craft airplane because this next year the skies are going to become extremely dangerous from an effect known only to myself. I.e., U.S. people should not fly in airplanes.

During this next year there will be freakish weather; actually caused by abnormal heat from the interior of the earth itself and from the sun's rays...solar flares...that is, flares from the sun, also will create havoc upon earth, during this next year.

During this next year the people of the United States will rebel against the United States government in an unprecedented manner against the wasting of money of the administration...especially the top echelons of the administration...and the folly of the U.S. administration, the people who are supposed to be running the country. The people of the U.S. will begin to rebel in full force against the top government.

Food will become scarce in the United States this coming year, as it becomes more and more expensive and fewer and fewer people have jobs and can buy it...as farmers go out of business...as breakdowns in government occur and as farms fail and more and more strikes occur; the trucking industry and probably the railroad industry making it more difficult to deliver food and pick up food and so forth...so the food problem is going to be a very big one for the American people this coming year.

Crime...robberies, rape, burglaries, and so forth...will escalate to unprecedented proportions this coming year. The ordinary people, and families, will have to arm themselves and defend their loved ones as never before in the history of the United States. Keep their guns!!!

Interest rates on houses and other items will skyrocket...will be much much higher than at present this coming year. What would be an interest rate at 15% now, for example, will go to 20% or 25% this coming year. It is going to be terrible.

There will be outstanding freak weather this coming year. It will be caused by the earth heating up from the earth's core radiating to the earth's surface...it will become hotter and hotter and as the heat exudes from the earth's core in an unprecedented manner it will change the exterior of the earth with living things upon it. Also there will be unusual heat from the sun this coming year which will have a devastating effect upon earth. There will be also numerous giant solar flares in unprecedented number of scope.

There will be an unprecedented number of military air crashes and air mishaps in the United States this coming year. The skies will not be safe.

The black people of the United States will rise up in an unprecedented manner against whites and white authority. There will be an explosion of violence of blacks against whites this coming year. And white authority. Especially at higher levels of government.

Nature itself is against the whole human race at the present time...for ruining its animals, its fish, its birds, its air, its water...and hell hath no fury like Nature in a war against anything or anybody.

Finally, in my opinion alone, God, the omniscient and omnipresent force for good in this world...

is against the United States...beginning with this country's slaughter of humans in Japan at the end of World War II with atomic bombs...and continuing from that point with the corrupt government of the United States (Nixon, etc.) and all of the crooked damage ensuing from that corruption both in people and in bad results which have reverberated around the world (upholding torturers and murderers around the world killing unknown thousands and thousands of people for political means...El Salvador, Viet Nam, XXXX Panama, Marcos of the Philippines, Argentina, Israel in Lebanon with Sharon and Begin; perhaps I should go back to President Johnson's mutilation of Viet Nam and neighboring countries with torture and Agent Orange and saturation bombing of all peoples of Viet Nam. Nature and God have a long memory for things such as these, and the United States must pay for them all.

There will be a tremendous breakdown of power in the United States...both from a political standpoint...and from a physical standpoint. The President and his administration will be made a laughing stock...and electrical and nuclear power in the United States will go off at inopportune times also. An odd match-up.

Foreign countries will unite in hating the United States this coming year...in an unprecedented manner...even Canada and Mexico...leaving the United States an island, hated and unloved by all countries around the world. Even the allies of the United States will desert it, with unprecedented loathing.
