TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
I am employed at the Post Office, Custom House Station, in Norfolk, Virginia.
I was working at my window about a week ago when Ted Owens, who calls himself "PK Man" and has a P.O. Box, No. 3134, at our post office, came to my window.
"Mr. Ramos," he said, "my special ESP ability and powerful mind have picked up the thoughts of some bad people...who are planning to bomb a post office here in Norfolk. It could be this one. They plan to bomb it on Saturday or Sunday. You had better notify the authorities about it."
Last Saturday a bomb was thrown at the Post Office building on West 20th Street here in Norfolk, and the FBI have entered the case.
Ted Owens, therefore, was correct, and accurate, when he foretold the event approximately one week before it actually happened.
I swear that this is a true and accurate statement.

Bomb Tossed
At P.O. on 10/24/70
20th Street
NORFOLK—A fire bomb was thrown at the Post Office building in the 400 block of West 20th Street early today.
Police said the bomb exploded on a loading dock on the east side of the building. The building's yellow brick wall was blackened and fragments of glass littered the loading platform.
The bomb hit the building inches away from a large window.
Investigators found burned newspapers and an empty salt container in a trash can behind the Post Office.
A neighborhood resident told police that he saw two men running down an alley behind the post office after the explosion.
The FBI was notified.
