SCIENTISTS

I have received, many times...strange phenomena which has occurred to people who have received my "Si disc"...and at times I have had "patterns" show up in their written letters to me. For instance, in one 30-day period, four different people, from four different points of the U.S., wrote to me that they had wakened at night to discover people in their room! And they described the people. And all four reports tallied; were the same!

Now, here again...is an interesting phenomenon. Nadine Korris wrote to me Oct. 5, 1972...about seeing "one" with a "large single eye". (See letter). A few days later I received a letter from Polly Mertin in Fairbanks, Alaska, who also describes seeing "an eye...just one and it had a shine to it"...she has the feeling that someone is watching her "and I again sense the eye." (See her letter)

Two different people, who do not know each other...both experiencing AN EYE! THE SAME

Finally, note the paragraph in Polly Mertin's letter: "We have a very strange situation up here this year (in Alaska), our first eight inches of snow came at about the usual time but for some reason or other the trees refuse to give up their leaves. So all over town are trees some with fall colored leaves and some with leaves still green. It is so weird it gives me a decidedly uneasy feeling. I don't recall ever seeing anything like it before." (See her letter)

All right. How do I enter into this? I'll tell you. Some time ago I entered into a weather-control experiment with Mr. David Watson, in Canada...first to make it rain; and I was successful. Then he needed heat for farmer's crops which meant I had to keep sustained heat over the Canadian tree (he lives in Saskatchewan, town of Oxbow). Well, I put up maps on my walls and worked hard, day in and day out...with psi-force mechanisms...to keep it warm over that Canadian tree. I.e., the cold would not have the usual effect over the Canadian plant life!

Dear Mr. Owens,

Thanks for the disc for the boy. He is proud of it. Maybe it will help make a better boy of him. He is seven years old. Of course he does need more discipline from me.

We have been getting lots of rain that we really don't need. Why not send it where it's needed? This year has been the driest year Ark. had in 40 years. That is true, but how would I know if you sent this rain.

This clipping might be of interest to you. Seems they are still buzzing around up there. What could possibly interest them; unless it would be the two nuclear power plants in that area. Another one will be under construction soon at Dardanelle. The Ark. river runs by there.

I was discouraged when I wrote that last letter to you. I'm fine now. They have stopped kicking my brains loose. Now they seem to be applying some bone-like material to the back and sides of my head. No doubt, a waste of effort on their part.

They will really fry me one of these days. Not that it matters much. They have talked to me vaguely. Once or twice. I can see all kinds of sights now. Who is the Big old Indian with the fancy headdress? Another spirit guide? Who knows, I might make a pretty good medium. I've never had any experience with hypnosis. Always been interested, though. I saw one with the large single eye; dark blue in color. Cyclops? I will have to read up on mythology.

That is just one of many things I don't know anything about. I don't know why they bother with me.

Well, this letter sounds about as ridiculous as the rest of them. If I mentioned any of this to Don he wouldn't believe a word of it. He would think I'm paranoid. I hope you don't think so. I'm not, so far.

He and I take entirely different views of most things. We are incompatible in just about every way. That's what makes life interesting.

I guess. He wants me to go back to Ark. with him.**! I refuse to go back to the North Pole with that.**! He can't dominate me anymore. Did you know that some humans are more alien than anything from space?

I rec. your letter mentioning your church. That's what this $$ is for. I would like to go up there sometime. I'd also like to visit the A.R.E.

Dear Ted:

GEE WHIZ!!!!!!!! I am finding emotions and feelings I never knew existed. I will tell you about it and let you decide if it is for real or just some more of my over active imagination.

It took two months for me to get your book thats why you haven't heard from me, I wanted to wait until I had read the book. While I was waiting I kept trying to reach something through meditation. I thought it was a little odd but each time I was drawn almost as if I was being maneuvered to turn to the north west. I sensed something was there but could see nothing.

THEN THE BOOK CAME:

I am an impatient reader, I can't wait to see what is on the other side of the page so I go through it like a streak of lightening, then I go back and do it again slowly, after the third reading I began to really feel it. That evening during meditation, with my eyes closed I just barely glimpsed, or sensed or something the bare outline of a face with slightly sad look but I got a deffinite NO--I took this to mean that I wouldn't be acceptable for visits or conversations. I will be sitting at my desk working on something when I get this eerie feeling that someone is looking at me and always it comes from the northwest and I again sense the eye. This feeling of not being alone is with me all the time talking to whatever it is just like we were old friends and it gives me a wonderful feeling of wellbeing.

Is it true that the magnetic influence on psychics would be greater up here because we are nearer to the North Pole? I get bad vibrations on most of the ones we seem to be attracting but some of them are great like Jean Dixon.

Have the Si ever concentrated their efforts up here? There has been very little discussion on UFO. I don't recall any proven appearances. Is your book "I worked for the UFO Creatures" on the market yet.

I would dearly love to be able to come down for your autohypnosis course but it is out of the question at the present time. If it is important to my silent friends perhaps I will manage later. I wish they could teach me how to zap myself down for the evening there are so many questions I would like to ask you. Every since I can remember I have had this driving urge to learn about new things and this latest adventure is no exception.

Do you ever go other places to give lectures or autohypnosis training? If we could get enough interested people lined up would you consider coming up here? I'm not sure I could find enough to make it worth your time since we are more or less a depressed area due to the delay in the pipe line, but I sure could give it the good 'Ole try.

Would it be worth my while to pick up a book on autohypnosis and if so could you recommend an author?

Lab Blast Releases Radioactive Uranium

CHICAGO - An explosion in a research building at the Argonne National Laboratory loosed radioactive uranium and plutonium and caused the evacuation of an entire building by 200 employes, the nuclear study center has revealed.

The blast, which occurred Tuesday but was kept secret for 24 hours, slightly injured three atomic engineers and wrecked a $25,000 research machine, an Argonne spokesman said.

THE NUCLEAR contamination outside the room in which the explosion occurred was slight, and the rest of the five-story chemical engineering building was back in use Wednesday, the spokesman said.

The cause of the explosion has not been determined, he said.

Robert Jackson, spokesman for the laboratory, near Lemont, Ill., said the explosion occurred inside a "glove box," a device in which workers perform experiments with radioactive materials.

The experimenter looks into the glove box through thick safety glass and works by inserting his hands into lead-lined sleeves and gloves inside.

Jackson said no one was working with the device when it exploded and no one was "known to have used it in the last two weeks."

TWO OF THE engineers injured were in the same room, Jackson said. One was within a foot or two of the glove box and the other was seven or eight feet away.

Jackson said the explosion blew open the safety door to the room, and another engineer outside the room was injured when he slipped and fell on his way to investigate the blast.

The laboratory declined to name the three men.

Jackson said they were treated for minor cuts and were back at work Thursday after apparently receiving no dangerous doses of radiation.

Here is a fine "hit". Last month, Sept. 17, 1972, issue of National News Exploiter....wes en article on my work. In the article (attached) it states: "Owens offered some predictions for the coming months....."There will be an accidental nuclear explosion in the United States, probably in the Midwest."

Well, here it is, as you can read for yourselves.

I am delighted....that it was no bigger than it was.

Very mysterious, too. No one was working with the device, and it hadn't been used in the last two weeks. So....how could it explode all by itself, eh?

Incidentally, I think I mentioned it before....but for one of the best "psychic hits" you've EVER seen or known about, get out your copy of Brad Steiger's book, "What The Seers Predict For 1972" and turn to the chapter on my work. Note that I predicted "terrible floods" for this year, 1972. Then flip the page and let your hair stand on end....as I spell it out! Water itself, as an intelligent entity, turning against mankind to attack humans! Then think of Hurricane Agnes and the East Coast flattened by floods; West Dakota floods; Men, West Virginia floods; devastating floods in Mexico and the Phillipines....and so on and on! Matter of fact, a special television special was presented....entitled "The Year Of The Flood!"

This is the kind of psychic ability....greatest in the entire history of the world....that the U.S. government, instead of making friends and working with....is preparing to smash and destroy.

Well, why not? The U.S. government has smashed and destroyed Viet Nam in order to "save" it. With that kind of reasoning, and logic....you can understand it. Can't you?

Fuel Shortage Feared
If Winter Is Severe

A House Small Business Subcommittee warned of possible shortages of gasoline and fuel oil if the coming winter is "severely cold."

The subcommittee released a report on recent hearings in which witnesses said present shortages already had created a "gray market" for gasoline and fuel oil which could easily evolve into a "black market" if the situation worsens.

The panel, headed by Rep. Neal Smith (D., Iowa), said in its report:

"If the United States or any area of it experiences a severely cold winter, businessmen and consumers alike may be unable to obtain sufficient fuel to operate their businesses, heat their homes and propel their automobiles."

The report added, "Even if sufficient fuel is available," the report added, "the cost of producing it will increase and the increased cost will either have to be borne by the small businessman or passed on to the consumer."

TO MY SIX SCIENTISTS....

This is a big, GIANT demonstration-experiment using a combination of psi-force, and my UFO friends.

I propose to CREATE summerlike weather this winter....warm, pleasant winter....little or no snow or cold.

In this manner the fuel shortage (see clin) need not happen, and people in the U.S. will not suffer.

To do this...I'm going to communicate with my four huge giant UFO's...and arrange for one (or two) on the far side of the earth) to reflect the sun's rays onto THIS side of the earth, these rays to then be reflected downward onto OUR side of the earth by the one or two huge UFO's on THIS side.

Whether my understanding of the sun or not...I'm going to use the four huge UFO's positioned around this earth...to furnish heat to the U.S. this winter! So that the U.S. can have one of the warmest winters in its history!

I will also be using various psi-force mechanisms, mentally, to bring this about.

But let one thing be understood completely.
If I go broke here at Cape Charles, and cease to function...or harassed by government agencies in any way, so that I cannot function...then I will be unable to keep the U.S. warm this winter, and the people will suffer accordingly.
I will have to work at this EVERY DAY (keeping the U.S. warm), and have an enormous amount of energy to bring it off.
Any worry or distraction drawing off my energy...will make the effort on my part useless. I will keep you fully informed on progress made.

Something's Afire

Pleeese append this to the "PK'd Cleveland" file, sent to you recently.

Note in the list of things I said I would do to Cleveland, would be to make weird things happen, there. Well, this happening is weird.

The Mayor of Cleveland has a fire in his hair...and doesn't know it. He soon stopped laughing at some joke, and grabbed his head.

Now check back in that Cleveland file and you will notice that dozens of calls were reported at city hall, I think it was... of people reporting talking with UFO's and hearing voices from UFO's. The city hall...then the Mayor...

remember that I aimed psi-force at "the city of Cleveland."

The city hall and the Mayor are indeed "the city" representatives!

In closing...this is typical poltergeist phenomena...and typical Si phenomena. *

Cleveland Mayor Ralph Perk's hair burns after sparks from an acetylene torch he was using hit his head. He was using the torch to cut a ribbon and a metal bar opening the American Society of Metals convention in the city's Convention Center. Apparently neither the mayor nor persons around him realized what was happening because they were laughing. The fire was quickly put out by convention officials who slapped the mayor on the head. Later, the mayor said he felt his head getting warm, but he didn't realize why.

Dear Ted,
Enclosed a check for $5.00 to help with your Church. As I am on a limited income I cant afford any more. Your disc has improved my cancer beyond belief and my Dr. is amazed at my speedy recovery. I told him I have outside help and he said that I definately have outside help. I didnt go into detail about the disc or the space people. I wear my disc all the time and would not be without it except on rare occasions and that is for a few minutes.
Could you have the space people improve my E.S.P. and thought transmission? I would like to have some astro projection. Am I asking too much?
